Artist's Play Room #40

These weeks in January are just flying by so quickly! I can't believe we're onto our third APR. I hope you'll all understand that since I'm a little under the weather I will only be putting your link under your artwork, but I do encourage you all to go read each other's posts, they're all interesting and illuminating on your thoughts about this new year. Sadly, I didn't even get a piece of art done this week. I had planned to do a painting of my comforter that I purchased late last year, you remember, the one with the bright flowers?? I thought that would make a great painting and represent my resolution to start requiring a little more of myself (Geez, at least make your bed, Jenn!!) Hehehe. Here's all your artwork, thanks for all your enthusiastic participation. :o)

If you haven't read the rules & guidelines, please go here. If you've landed here after this challenge has been completed but would like to participate in a current or future Artist's Play Room Challenge, just either click on the APR button in the sidebar or click here and you'll be taken to the latest APR Challenge!

Are you having trouble using the Mr. Linky to add your submissions to APR? Well here's some help! Just click on HELP and you'll be taken to my Linky Help Page. Cool, huh? I've got your back!

So we need a new challenge theme don't we? Have you all noticed that it's been one hell of a week of unusual weather around the world? Australia got the red sand storm, Newfoundland, Canada got a huge blizzard with hurricane force winds, England is flooded as is Brazil and Jerusalem. This made me think that doing YOUR weather could be interesting. Try to think out of the box, here are some examples. Have fun!

I'll see you all next week, hopefully I'll be feeling better!

Where you partying too hard? ;-)

I didn't get to enter the playroom this week with transporting myself half way across the planet, but I'm managing to visit everyone's work which is great. Thanks for hosting again...you do a brilliant job.
Take care of yourself my friend....hugs Neesie xoxo

  5. Hope you are under the WEATHER no more, Jenn! Hope you are feeling mostly sunny with no chance of rain ;-). I decided to interpret the prompt very widely - to include EMOTIONAL WEATHER... since my own pregnancy-induced emotions presently resembles the topsy-turvy-ness of the physical weather patterns very well
    ;-).
