...To Be In Paris In the Springtime

Inspiration Avenue's challenge this week is inspired by Hettienne's travels, she just got back from Paris! What a lucky girl. So, the theme this week is PARIS.

“A walk about Paris will provide lessons in history, beauty, and in the point of Life.”

~Thomas Jefferson

I have unfortunately had no experience with Paris, France myself. It is on my short list of places I desperately want to visit one day. I would spend hours in the little coffee shops, sitting and watching life go by. I'd walk the Champs Elysees and think about the history surrounding me and the romance of this beautiful city. I'd visit the Louvre. I'm sure that doesn't surprise you! Hopefully someday I'll visit and get to tick Paris off my bucket list.

I decided to combine this challenge and the fact that I needed to do some necklaces for my Etsy shop. Here's my submission. The double sided locket is available in my Etsy Shop and if it's sold by the time this blog post goes live, you can always convo me in Etsy and request a Paris Locket. :o)

I'll be back with other wonderful things this week, I'm sure so stick close or you'll miss something! Hehehe.

You still love me right?? Whew! I was worried there for a minute! ;o)
Best,

In case you missed it, here are the last few posts, just click on the picture and you'll be taken to that blog post...

Jen the necklace is just lovely... and a perfect tribute to Paris... my only concern about Paris is I don't think they are known for tea... all that coffee would have me hyped to the eyeballs and acting like a crazy person... maybe you should go without me, I would only embarrass you....xx

The locket is really beautiful! I've been to France several times--I hope you get to go!

The pear link you sent me is just "slightly" over the top, but it is nice to see so many people with a passion for pears!

Hey Jenn, I love the necklace! They don't have anything like that here in Perris, CA! Perhaps you and I should take a little jaunt to Paris some weekend, since the two of us have never been.

Beautiful necklaces Jenn,
I'm sure you're going to be inundated with requests.
I love Paris and it holds special memories for me, because my hubby whisked me away for a surprise 10th wedding anniversary!
I know you'd love it there, so I hope you manage to visit one day.
My pears are nearly ready so I hope to post tomorrow...'Tail-end Charlie' yet again! ;D

Beautiful necklace - who wouldn't love that? Great submission - I'm not playing this week so will just have to enjoy everyone else's creativity.

Wonderful Jenn and I am also sure you will get to Paris! you will love the coffee (and they do have wonderful Earl Grey tea there by the way and lots of hot chocolate). The Louvre is breathtaking. I love your pendant, thank you for playing along, Hettienne
